What we build

Four things, done properly.

We deliberately keep the scope tight. Repetition is how a crew gets fast, and how your quote gets accurate.

Kitchens

Layout changes, cabinetry, stone, tile, lighting and appliances. Coordinated trades on one schedule so the room is finished in weeks, not seasons.

Bathrooms

Waterproofing done to spec — Schluter systems, cement board, flood-tested pans. Curbless showers, heated floors, and ventilation sized for the room.

Basements

Underpinning coordination, egress, sound isolation, and legal secondary-suite rough-ins. Built to pass Toronto's inspections the first time.

Whole-home

Gut renovations and additions with structural, mechanical and electrical engineered up front. You move out once; we finish once.

Walkthrough

Free, on site, about 45 minutes. We measure, check the mechanicals, and tell you what's actually possible.

Drawings & price

Scaled drawings and a line-item fixed price within five business days. Permit package if the work needs one.

Build

Written two-week schedule, daily site photos in your inbox, and a named lead carpenter on the job every day.

Handover

Deficiency walk, professional clean, and a two-year written workmanship warranty. Then we leave you alone.
